Self-Catering checklist

For whenever we stay in self-catering accommodation (say, traws) we can use this checklist to make sure we plan to take everything we need.
We can make a copy of the list for each visit, and then each volunteer to take a share of the items.

Please feel free to make a suggestion if you think there's something missing from the list
