Anyone had any experience at gently persuading a rotor that it really did want to be flat and not rub excessively? My front mini rotor has warped in only a month so it looks like it may be time for a new one :x  :( !!!!! I may try using an adjustable spanner and pull it into shape.

I've just attacked the rotor with an adjustable spanner and it really does bend rather well. It now appears to be running smoothly and all rub has been removed. However, I'll have to keep a close eye on it as I'm not 100% sure it will last.

I sent a mail off to hope today so I should have a reply by the end of the week. As I set the brake up myself I'm sure they pass the blame onto me but everything was running well in Coed-y-Brenin and I spent an eternity setting up the caliper properly. Oh well :?

By the way Jon my rotor is a 185mm as I am still running v's on the rear brake. No need to upgrade them yet. Cheers for mentioning your spares.
