Well after reading my rather extensive owner's manual for the 5th element shock, i'm going to need a shock pump

Suggestions? Price?

The manual recommends fox or rocksux pumps.

I've ordered the rockshox one from chain reaction for £31.

Supposedly well-built (i doubt that with the rockshox name  but we'll see) and practically designed...

The one I ended up with was made by DNM. I don't know what their shocks are like, but they do an excellent shock pump. Very solidly built with a flexible hose at the end. It screws out so you can fit it over the valve securely without releasing any air, then screw in to open the valve. With Andy's I was getting the shock up to pressure and then losing it all while I was trying to unscrew the thing

Anyway, if you're interested, their web site is http://www.dnmautopart.com/. I don't know anything about where to get them though :?

I got the rockshox one on the strength of this review:

Lovely Looking Pump.
Doesn't appear to loose much presure when removing the pump from the fork.
The release valve is big bonus, can set required presure very quickly.. No, trying and trying again.

Got the pump delivered yesterday and it looks quite nice :D

Looks very sturdy and one 'pump' gives about 10psi in the shock
